No, we don't have motorbike and bicycle for rent but we can help out guests if they need one. We have contact with the shop that they offer motorbike and bicycle rental.

Recommended

Comfortable and clean room with functioning AC. Small table and shelve available in room. Staff was helpful. Lovely outside area with chairs and tables.

We had some problems with the plumbing in the bathroom however they were minor issues. Main drawback was the road to arrive at the apartment - full of potholes and mud, was difficult to navigate by motorbike but manageable.

Good WiFi (I work online) Nice staff Quiet area Decent size rooms About 15 mins walk to the beach maximum Ensuite doesn't have hot water but they offer hot shower rooms on the property Free coffee

Location is a bit of problem, its maybe 15 min walk to the beach (5 min drive.... not far) but the road is all potholes. I had no problems even after some rain but an inexperienced driver might hesitate to use the road. However i would stay here again!

Exceptional

We had a pleasant stay at Mingche, everything was clean and the staff was very caring and super nice. They even organized us a driver and we could rent a scooter with them.

The road to the apartments is in a very bad condition. Especially when it is raining I would not recommend walking, but renting a scooter.

Lovely staff members which welcomed us with fresh fruit & the accommodation is situated off of the noisy main street, which was a big plus

Our room was situated in the second building, in the back, and didn't have a great view or sitting area...

Amazing, good value for money.

The staff are really friendly! Soon as we arrived we asked if we could stay another 2 nights and was no issues. Really clean and good value for money. Free tea, coffee and bananas can help yourself.

The location is a-bit out the way which we knew but for the price can’t complain, it’s about 20 min walk to the beach but down some backroads, so really dark at night

definitely rwcommend for any backpacker at alona beach

its great value for money. the location is excellent and the staff are brilliant, so nice. they rent motorbikes for good rates here too. we stayed extra nights because they were such good value.

not much. its basic enough, shared toilet etc, but you get good value for your money here.

Really nice very well maintained place, nice staff, very clean, good internet. Free water, coffe or tee with bananas every morning. I would stay again.

The location is good but the dirt road is hard specially after rain. I would recommend to rent a bike instead of walking.

Great spot to unwind,away from the busy streets of panglao but just minutes away to the famous Alona beach.

Cleanliness at its best!well maintained garden.

Could have been better if our room had a television, but overall it was a great stay!Will definitely be back

Good

Very good room size. Hot water in the shower. Staff were very friendly. Free water refills available. Our room had water dispenser. Laundry service and they will organise a scooter for you.

The road to access the property is very poor so it makes a challenging drive. At night it is very dark so make sure you have a torch/ use your phone torch.

Nice room, lovely staff. Felt at home from moment we arrived

Due to heavy rains, muddy slippery dirt track to the property. This was overcome by getting a trike out and back of a night time.

WORTH MORE THAN THE BOOKING PRICE!!

It is an apartment type of accommodation — complete kitchen with stove and utensils, comfortable bed, consistent temp of the hot shower, with TV and wifi! The staff are all smiling and very accommodating.

Just a bumpy travel going to the place but manageable with motorbike if you can drive one. Close to Alona Beach.

The girl is so polite, kind and will try always to help you! We felt so comfortable and as home because of her. you have hot water shower outside, aircon and toilettes, fresh water for drink and it’s peaceful.

from the main road to the place you have to pay a tricycle for 100 pesos, a little bit expensive for just 10 min walk (ungravel road)
